12"x16" Oil on Canvas, collection of the artist
My first Oil Painting - which just happened to be a Still Life - set up and executed in the private teaching studio of Anne Goss Nelson of Bastrop, LA.

Bottle & Apples
18"x12" Pastel on Paper, collection of the artist
My first Pastel Painting - which just happened to be a Still Life - set up and executed in the private teaching studio of Anne Goss Nelson of Bastrop, LA.
This was painted in 1978 or possibly 79, when I would have been 13 or 14 years old. Note the darker paper color at the edges, which shows the degree of fading over the years.
